A position is open in the Logue lab for an enthusiastic MSc/PhD student. This project will extend our recently published findings https://www.nature.com/articles/s41419-024-06663-0 helping us to understand better the signaling pathways that control the Unfolded Protein Response and the importance of these signaling mechanisms in health and disease.
The successful applicant will be offered training in a wide range of cell biology techniques including western blotting, qPCR, Crispr/Cas9, generation of tetracycline inducible cell lines and live cell imaging. The Logue Lab offers a supportive, welcoming and stimulating research environment. Applicants with a BSc in a cell biology, biochemistry, immunology or a related discipline are encouraged to apply.
